Where can I find results for my SNP/ gene / region?

Use the search mask or directly access our Genome Browser at https://pgb.ibe.upf.edu/ and activate the tracks with your statistics of interest.

Can I download the raw data?

You can download the raw data from this server.

Alternatively, to download only a single region, you can use the “Tables” feature in our Genome Browser.

No, we are no part of the 1000 Genomes consortium. The name of our browser derives from the fact that all the data used to calculate the tests comes from the 1000 Genomes project.
