Hi,
Many thanks for this great database. I use Table Browser to download the wiggle file of Tajima’s D score. However, the file show that “Reached output limit of 100000 data values, please make region smaller, or set a higher output line limit with the filter settings”. Is there any way I can get the whole genome wiggle file? Thanks a lot.
Best,
Gary
Hi Gary,
The Table Browser limitations are defined by the UCSC Browser API, and we cannot change it right now.
Please, download genome-wide data from our raw data server: https://hsb.upf.edu/hsb_data/positive_selection_NAR2013/

Hi Marc,
Thank you so much. Do you have any good idea to convert them (e.g. TajimasD_CHB.whole_genome.pvalues) to a wiggle or bigwig file? I have some, but limited unix ability. Any suggestion is very welcome.
Best,
Gary
Hi,
Based on the explanation in the Rank Scores: the region that has the lowest score in the genome will have a p-value of 1. However, there are some p-value larger than 1 below when I download the track of TajimasD_CHB.whole_genome.pvalues. Could you explain for me? Thank you so much.
Best,
Gary
