  1. Hi,
    Many thanks for this great database. I use Table Browser to download the wiggle file of Tajima’s D score. However, the file show that “Reached output limit of 100000 data values, please make region smaller, or set a higher output line limit with the filter settings”. Is there any way I can get the whole genome wiggle file? Thanks a lot.

    Based on the explanation in the Rank Scores: the region that has the lowest score in the genome will have a p-value of 1. However, there are some p-value larger than 1 below when I download the track of TajimasD_CHB.whole_genome.pvalues. Could you explain for me? Thank you so much.
